That's right, it's "The Untitled Onion Movie." I decided to do a little digging, and found a plot summary on JoBlo.com.
Since its creation 15 years ago, The Onion (www.theonion.com) has grown from underground college paper to what the New Yorker magazine called "the most popular humor periodical in world history." Now, the longtime writers/editors at "America's Finest News Source" have written THE ONION MOVIE (working title), a series of sketches that encompasses the sharp, uncensored comic tone of The Onion and sheds light on the various hypocrisies of the world today.
Why haven't I heard about this!?!?! You'd think something with this much kick-ass potential would be mentioned in some kind of announcement somewhere, as opposed to buried in a site's archives of all future releases. I mean, check out some of the characters. "Texas Chainsaw Killer," "Concerned Mother," "Ivy Leaguer." This has the potential for some insane situations, and hopefully will be as enlightening as the The Onion itself.
